Returns & Exchanges Policy for Letoz:

At Letoz, we want you to love every piece you order. If something does not feel right, returns and exchanges are simple and stress free.

You have 21 days from the day your order arrives to send items back for a refund, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

For returns, a small restock fee applies, There is no restocking fees in case of store credits. This helps us carefully inspect, refresh, and prepare each piece so it is ready for its next home.

Items purchased during our Flash Sale (25% or more) are eligible for store credit only. Refunds are always issued back to your original payment method, though original shipping charges are not refundable.
