Returns & Exchanges Policy for Letoz:
We want you to love your Letoz purchase!
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, full-priced items can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of receipt, provided they are unused, with no signs of wear, and have all original tags intact. Unfortunately, if more than 15 days have passed since receipt of your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund.
Items purchased during a sale or from our sale section are eligible for store credit only.
However, items bought with a welcome promo code qualify for a full refund and are not treated as sale items.
Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition, with tags attached.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you and process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping for Returns:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
- Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
All orders ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California.
