Returns & Exchanges Policy for Letoz:

At Letoz, we want you to love every piece you order. If something does not feel right, returns and exchanges are simple and stress free.

You have 21 days from the day your order arrives to send items back for a refund, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

To make things easier, return shipping is free. We will provide you with a prepaid label, and if you would like a different size or style, your exchange will ship out free as well.

For returns, a small restock fee applies. This helps us carefully inspect, refresh, and prepare each piece so it is ready for its next home.

Items purchased from our Sale section are eligible for store credit only, while purchases made with promo codes (including welcome codes) still qualify for a refund. Refunds are always issued back to your original payment method, though original shipping charges are not refundable.

Starting a return is simple. Just email orders@letoz.co with your order number, and we will guide you through the process.
