Domestic Shipping (USA): All orders placed on our US website are shipped from our US-based warehouse. We offer Free Shipping for all US orders.

• Order Processing: Orders placed before 1pm Pacific Time are dispatched the next business day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched within 2 business days. We do not offer same-day delivery.
• Shipping Confirmation: After dispatch, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via email. If you don't receive this, please check your spam folder or email us for assistance.

• Delivery Times: We aim to deliver within the following timeframes:
• Economy Shipping: 5-8 Business Days
• Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business Days
• Express Shipping: 2-3 Business Days
• Express Air Shipping: 1-2 Business Days

• Economy Shipping: Free
• Standard Shipping: $ 9.99
• Express Shipping: $19.90

• Courier Options: Choose your preferred courier at checkout. For Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes, please select the appropriate option.

International Shipping: We currently ship to select international locations. Please note that shipping to certain regions may not be available due to carrier limitations.

• Delivery Times: Generally, 7-14 Business Days depending on the destination.
• Costs:
• Standard International Shipping: $35
• Customs and Duties: Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to customs and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. For other regions, orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), and additional charges may apply.

Carbon Neutral Shipping: In line with our commitment to sustainability, we offset 100% of the carbon emissions from our shipping processes.
